On your first visit to the chiropractor, we'll have you fill out some paperwork with some basic health and billing information before inviting you into the room for treatment. There, you'll have a further conversation with Dr. Steve about any specific pains or problems you'd like to have worked on, as well as any questions you'd like answered and then we'll get started!
It's both our pride and our priority to make the chiropractic experience as comfortable and informative as possible throughout treatment. Though we'll walk you through every step of treatment with pleasant and informative coversation, feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like! We offer both traditional chiropractic care, and lighter force options suited to your needs and comfort level.
When you come back to see us, we'll follow up with how you've improved and ask if you have any new complaints or symptoms. Treatments between appointments may be very similar, especially for individuals with more chronic and specific symptoms, or we may vary the techniques we use. We'll assess your chiropractic needs with you, tailoring our appointments with you to maximize effectiveness and comfort.
Our chiropractor uses a mixture of traditional adjustment styles, modern light force techniques, and adjustments designed specifically around our comfortable pressurized table. In addition to this state of the art piece of equipment, we employ the use of activators and other modern tools.
Whether your visit was inspired by chronic pain, an injury, or general health improvement, Dr. Steve will provide you with diet and lifestyle recommendations, as well as stretches to improve function, range of motion, and comfort. Usually, these are somewhat generic and revolve around basic diet and exercise, however we'll provide you with muscle-specific advice as the need for it is presented.
In addition to our chiropractor, we have licensed practitioners of massage, reiki, cranio sacral, nutrition, and other health and wellness services in our center. Call our lobby number in the header to ask about them!
